The hotel is partially accessible. The building can be accessed through the main entrance or through the terrace doors. The restaurant on the ground floor is easily accessible and features accessible toilet room. The upper floors with hotel rooms are accessible by elevator, however, the rooms are not adapted to wheelchair users.

9. The reception desk is adequately lit and enables lip-reading and interpreting facial expressions,
10. The reception desk glazing is non-reflective or non-glaring.

Deficiencies

1. People with mobility impairments:
2. There are no accessible parking spots in the carpark in front of the entrance,
3. The height of the reception desk is not adapted to wheelchair users,
4. There is not sufficient room to manoeuvre indoors,
5. The building does not feature bedrooms accommodating wheelchair users.
6. People with visual impairments:
7. The entrance to the building is not clearly recognizable,
8. There are unmarked changes of level in the entrance to the building,
9. The glazed glass doors do not have contrasting visual markings,
10. The signage in the building is unsuitable,
11. The lift buttons do not have raised tactile letters,
12. The edges of stairs do not have contrasting visual markings and constitute a safety hazard on the corridors.
