The museum is poorly accessible. There is a designated accessible parking spot, but only a small parking area is provided for visitors. A small ramp leads to the ticket office in the reception area. The non-accessible sanitary facilities can be accessed from there. There is an exhibition on skiing on the ground floor; the first section is accessible for wheelchair users, while the second section requires descending stairs. The higher floors, which are only accessible via stairs, house the rest of the collections, exhibitions and workshop spaces. There is sufficient room to manoeuvre in the majority of spaces, while high thresholds often appear between rooms. At the time of the inventory, the museum was renovating the attic for exhibitions and considering optimal lift placement.
