Object description

The culture centre is partially accessible. The building has two floors. The ground floor features a reception, wardrobe room and accessible sanitary facilities; the entrances to the small and large hall are on the first floor. There is a lift for moving between floors. The seating in the halls is moveable. The car park is located behind the building and the access path is dangerous due to the changes of level not having contrasting visual markings and an unmarked change of level at the entrance.
