The museum is partially accessible. Stairs lead from the car park to the park in front of the building; wheelchair users can only access the park via a local road with no sidewalk. The park in front of the building has gravel paths. An outdoor event area is located to the right and also only accessible via stairs. The building has a ramp at the entrance, but it is narrow and has no railing. The ticket office is located on the ground floor, in the last room on the right. The path to the ticket office is marked, but there is no other way to spot it. The non-accessible sanitary facilities are located close to it, along with the lift enabling access to the upper floors. Most of the exhibition spaces are spacious and adequately lit. Occasional height obstacles appear between rooms in the form of high thresholds. There is also a small hall with moveable seating on the top floor. The building is not equipped with an induction loop.
