The museum is poorly accessible. There is a higher threshold at the entrance on the ground floor leading to the ticket office. The accessibility of the exhibition spaces on the ground floor is impeded by high thresholds. There are non-accessible sanitary facilities on the ground floor.
The exhibition spaces in the basements and the first floor are only accessible via stairs. There are high thresholds between many of the rooms. Some have contrasting visual markings.
In addition to the contrasting visual markings, the building has some exhibited items enabling tactile exploration of the exhibited material as well as tactile guides with braille.
