The museum is partially accessible. There are stairs at the main entrance, so wheelchair users can access the building through a side entrance that is equipped with a ramp. The accessible sanitary facilities are located inside, near the side entrance. The main lobby leads to the garden and separate exhibition spaces on the other side, but only via stairs. The building does not have a lift. The upper floors are accessible via stairs. There are also many stairs and steps between the exhibition areas. Wheelchair users can therefore move around the area with a stair climbing vehicle for a wheelchair. An external operator is trained to operate it, so an appointment is necessary two days in advance. The hall in the upper floor is equipped with an induction loop.
