Object description

The Vila Zdravja facilities are partially accessible. They are located on the ground floor of a larger building and encompass a reception area, a wardrobe and non-accessible sanitary facilities. There is not sufficient room to manoeuvre in the spaces for wheelchair users.

Adaptations

3. The main entrance to the building is accessible.

5. The entrance to the building is easily recognizable,
6. The signboard at the main entrance is suitable,
7. The reception desk is located in the immediate vicinity of the entrance.
8. People with hearing impairments:
9. The reception desk is adequately lit and enables lip-reading and interpreting facial expressions.

Deficiencies

1. People with mobility impairments:
2. The accessible parking spot is not suitably designated,
3. The height of the reception desk is not adapted to wheelchair users,
4. There is not sufficient room to manoeuvre indoors,
5. The building does not have accessible sanitary facilities.
6. People with visual impairments:
7. The glazed glass doors do not have contrasting visual markings.
8. People with hearing impairments:
9. The reception desk is not equipped with an induction loop (not a mandatory condition).
