The ground floor of the building (Puppet Theatre) is poorly accessible for people with mobility impairments. The upper floors of the building (Šentjakob Theatre and Stage under the Stars) are partially accessible. Accessible parking spots are not provided in the immediate vicinity of the building, as parking is provided as part of city parking. The ticket office and shop are located to the right of the building, have a separate entrance and are also accessible for wheelchair users. The entrance to the ground floor spaces of the Puppet Theatre runs via a ramp with no landing. The Small Stage of the Puppet Theatre does not have designated spaces for wheelchair users, the hall only has immoveable seating. There is a long ramp in the hall for access to the seats. The Great Stage of the Puppet Theatre is not accessible to wheelchair users due to the stairs in the hall, nor does it have designated spaces for wheelchair users. The sanitary facilities in the basement are only accessible via stairs and are not accessible. The halls are not equipped with an induction loop. An exterior lift is used for access to the first and the second floor. The lift is installed along the buildings side façade (to the left of the entrance). The Šentjakob Stage hall on the first floor does not have spaces designated for wheelchair users. Wheelchair users can watch the performances in an area in front of the stage. This floor has accessible sanitary facilities. The hall is equipped with an induction loop. The “Stage under the Stars” hall on the second floor has level floors and moveable chairs. Accessible sanitary facilities are provided, but the stairs on the hallway only enable access through the hall. The hall is not equipped with an induction loop. The seating in the halls do not have contrasting visual markings (with the exception of the “Great Stage”); the stairs in the halls are not adequately designated and lit.
