Description of the facility

The spa is easily accessible. The main building of the spa (with the main entrance and reception) includes hotel rooms, a pool complex, restaurants, halls, and wellness facilities, while the accommodation building is separate from the main one. Both buildings are connected by an internal corridor on the first floor, which is also accessible to wheelchair users.
The main entrance of the main building has wide revolving glass doors. Entry to the building is also possible from the terrace through automated glass swing doors located near the main entrance. All floors of the buildings are accessible via elevators. In the main building, in addition to elevators, there are long ramps with landings for moving between floors. The space under the ramp on the ground floor is part of the café and may represent a height obstacle for blind and visually impaired persons. In the sunken part of the lobby, there are stairs and ramps that are not marked with contrast.
The reception desk, the counter in front of the pool area, and the bar counter are not at suitable heights. Part of the hotel restaurant is accessible to wheelchair users via a ramp. There are adapted restrooms in the lobby and in front of the pool.
In the main building, there is a conference room equipped with a hearing loop.
To access the pool complex (from the lobby of the main building), wheelchair users must use an inclined lifting platform. The pool changing rooms do not have enough maneuvering space, and the changing cabins are not properly lit. The edges of the pools are not marked with contrast. The stairs leading into the pools are equipped with handrails, but they are not sufficiently contrasting. The restaurant by the pool can be accessed by people with mobility impairments only through the passage between the lobby and the pool complex.
The hotel rooms or apartments in the spa are large enough to accommodate people with mobility impairments. Entry into the pool for people with mobility impairments is not arranged (no ramps, no lift).
