The library is inaccessible for wheelchair users and partially accessible for people with other disabilities. It is located on the ground floor of a larger building in the pedestrian zone of the city centre. The front door is too narrow and has a high threshold preventing access to wheelchair users.

3. The dimensions of the entrance door are unsuitable (73 cm),
4. The entrance door has a high threshold (2.5 cm),
5. The building does not have accessible sanitary facilities (not a mandatory condition).

7. The temporary counter glazing is reflective and glaring,
8. The bookstore space is not equally lit.
9. People with hearing impairments:
10. The cash register counter is not equipped with an induction loop (not a mandatory condition).
