Object description

The centre is easily accessible. Access to the entrance is slightly impeded by a path paved with wooden planks. The ground floor features a reception desk, a small exhibition and accessible sanitary facilities, while the first floor has a lecture hall, i.e., multipurpose room. The exhibition section has a tactile map and a digital (audio and video) interface for children. Access to the upper floor is possible from the exhibition areas via winding stairs or a lifting platform from the side stairwell. The spaces are adequately lit.

Deficiencies

2. The access path is not suitably paved,
3. The doors at the top of the stairs with the lifting platform tend to get stuck,
4. The load capacity of the lifting platform is insufficient.

6. The reception desk is not located in the immediate vicinity of the entrance,
7. The stair risers in the exhibition space are open,
8. The edges of stairs in the exhibition space do not have contrasting visual markings.
9. People with hearing impairments:
10. The reception desk is positioned with windows behind it,
11. The building is not equipped with an induction loop.
