The museum is poorly accessible. The museum is located in Fužine Castle. The spaces are lined around a central atrium, with the main entrance leading to a reception area, a conference hall, and to an exhibition spaces on the upper floors. The entrances to the coffeeshop and the toilet facilities are separate. Access from the car park to the atrium runs over an inclined bridge that is too steep for wheelchair users. The central atrium is unpaved, the surface is gravel. The main entrance has a ramp provided to enable access to the reception desk. Access to the other areas is only possible by stairs. The entrance to the inner coffeeshop areas is separate and only accessible via stairs. The museum does not provide any adaptations to wheelchair users, nor to the blind and visually impaired or the deaf or hard of hearing. Lifts were in the planning stages during the inventory taking.
